Cheltenham Camera Club - Dedicated to the Photographic Arts Since 1865 , which I am a member of
He's just told me my first every entry to a comp came joint 1st with 2 other photographers
I couldn't make it to the competition to see how it was judged, as work had me still in London that night, so the above came as a complete shock. From memory they allowed up to 3 shots, taking the sum of your top 2 to get your final score. I entered the following 2 shots :-

Having seen previous entries at Cheltenham club the standard is very high, which makes it even more of a shock....but a pleasant one
