Re: It SNOWED!!! In England!!

I love the purple colour on the first one Jack but the orange light on the right is over-powering it. I have just stried a crop to see what you think. I have taken out the right hand side, focused on the lovely tree and also cloned out the lights in the building bottom left as they were drawing the eye away too. It's just a quick pimp to see what you think but I feel it holds the focus much better on what is the real picture.

On another subject, I had a look at your album and there are some nice shots there for sure. But Jack, you are asking to have your hard work nicked and used by some unscrupulous image user because you have put full-sized high resolution shots up. Some of them are close to 2Mbs each which means anyone could simply nick it and use it as it is already of a printable resolution.

When i publish on websites I always publish a low res version only so that it looks good on screen but is not much use to anyone for printing out unless they want a very small picture! Your album takes forever to open the pictures because of their size and people will lose interest and move on if they have to wait. I would recommend you change the pictures you have on there for low-res copies (72dpi) so that the website opens quickly, people will still see them in the same quality as they do now and your pictures will be relatively safe from being used without your consent.

Cheers,
Rob
