This is a bright, colorful image (obviously), and I do like it in spite of the busyness, which is usually a distraction. In this frame of reference, though, I think it works well.

I would suggest that you crop the clock out. Maybe keep the dragon, maybe not.

The other thing is that I am not sure where your focus is. The hand is a bit soft, but the background isn't entirely sharp either, but that may be compression artifact. This is the kind of shot that needs 3 tries. One with an open aperture focusing on the fg, another on the bg, and a third with a tighter aperture keeping everything in focus. Then you could compare and see which works best for you.
