Hey, thanks everyone! Glad you liked them! I will own up and admit that I only stuck the last one in as it was at the end of the afternoon (too much black shadow for me!).
I've found the Sigma great for landscapes........... and macroes
No lens hood, Rob (waste of time, except as physical protection!). Use my hand to shield the light, but was very close to the sun on this shot. Ooops! Just realised! There is some flare here, so hand not doing it's job. Hand now sacked - anyone got a secondhand one?
And I'll tidy up the dust bunnies in future, too!
Will try and sort out some other shots taken a couple of days later
