Its not IR but a BW conversion from colour. It was shot with a 'snaps' camera, the Fuji S602. I have found with this camera that on certain subjects/lighting it tends to give a weird 'soft-focus' glow to things. I think that is what is helping to make this seem like an IR image (as well as the tonal range from the conversion).
