None taken at all Skip, you're right. I didn't really think about that when i posted it but it was interesting seeing the comments from people who have visited or lived in poole compared to those who don't know the place. At least Poole Tourism liked it, it featured in their Tourist newspaper thing that they give away.... but I still got paid

As with a lot of published photos, they don't have to be technically perfect nor be ''oooh, aahh' sunset shots but shots that fit what they need and illustrate the place they want. I sent it in and just got lucky as they wanted shots like that. They also published the Caro sculpture photo I showed on here a couple of weeks ago but I gave them that for free as it was good to get the exposure and that photo has made me money through being sold as a postcard so no need to be greedy

I am seriously considering getting up at 5am on Saturday morning to drive over to Durdle Door for some sunrise shots as the weather is supposed to be clear so might get some nice shots in. On the other hand I might stay in bed.... see which wins, my eyelids or the cameras iris <g>

Cheers,
Rob
