You did an amazing job with a very challenging scene. To get any detail on the backlit boats at all without blowing out the sky or lights on the building is an accomplishment. I would like to see the results of your use of a ND grad filter - seems it would be hard to split the sky and those lights on the building with their reflection in the water. Really like the way the clouds seem to radiate from the sunrise. This was a tough shot and your photo is noteworthy.
