Unless you go for a really slow shutter speed and ask the guy/gal to keep really still when taking the shot.
You might need more space than normal between the cup and the teapot to give sufficient space to see 'movement' regardless of how you actually do the shoot. Might help to create 'movement' if you have him/her use a teastrainer. That will break up the flow a bit.
