Re: Photographers Rights

I've known about this for a while since attorney Bert P Krages - the author of the first online guide to tog's rights in the USA - provided a link to this PDF from his website.

This PDF should really be made available for download via the Pixalo downloads section and stickied too; with suspicions of terrorism in the post 9/11 world - not to mention the media hyped fears about paedophilia - the rights of honest and law-abiding photographers are often abused.

A good combination of knowing one's rights coupled with common sense and a courteous manner will help you avoid any nastiness that you might encounter when out taking photographs - whether for work or pleasure.
