Re: Does it matter which way you rotate the camera?

I am left handed but I defy anyone to fire the shutter with the left hand naturally as most if not all of the shutter release on SLR's are on the RHS of the camera body.
So I use the left eye ,right finger shutter release and for portrait I rotate the camera body clockwise, this naturally keeps your right arm supported against your body. Turning the camera body 90 degrees ACW means that your elbow is "flapping in the breeze"
Thats my twaddle advice do what feels comfortable and gives you the less camera shake.
