Tripod and Head: Benro Carbon Fibre, + KS2 Head
Camera Bag/Rucksack: Cheap thingy
Image Processing Software: Adobe Photoshop CS3, Lightroom

Good advice from futurikon there. Any of htese cameras are excellent, so best to go down to a dealer & find which one feels best for you. Have you also considered any late deals on Canon Rebel XT / 350D...these are still extremely competent cameras
