Avatars - if you look to towards the top left of the forum, you will see "User CP". Click on that and then on the menu on the left, select "Edit Avatar". You can then load a picture with an URL or from you computer. Note that avatars must not be larger than 100 x 100 pixels and have a file size of 8kb or less.
To put a picture in your post - go to your gallery and open up the picture you want to post, underneath it you will see an IMG code. Copy that and paste it into your post.
It's that simple!
