this i find intriguing as i was unaware the besser brick was around 100 years ago , would be interested in how they made mould for this back then. Thought cement / concrete came in little later
Regardless , as in fact it is for the owners i think as you say ,they will be totally impressed with your gift for thanking them.Where as its all about our own opinions on our comments , i still would like to see this adorable little hut without bricks as i still believe it would be more in era ,however this idea is one of curiosity rather than altering image that you are giving to owners.
All said and done it is still a quaint little hut and you could imagine the stories it could tell .Still interested in other photos you have taken from this wonderful location and variety of intersting props
