I think the parents of the kids on the left should give them more vitamins.

Selective color treatment is often used to provide emphasis to or to draw attention to the subject of the photo. Here, my attention is drawn to the girls on the left and I'm not sure that is your intent. The little girl in the front is precious, particularly with that expression she has on her face. Did you consider holding her in color and desaturating the other girls in the background?
