It would be a 1D MKIII out of the options you are looking at for me.
I agree I wouldn't rely on the LCD to check for focus etc. .......but it is good for showing blown highlights and the histogram.
As already said have a good look at investing in some quality glass......they don't come much better than the 85mm 1.2L for portraits by all accounts
....there are other recommended lenses.
