Sorted at last!! It was, of course, a piece of cake but it took step by step photos from a very kind person at Microsoft to show me how to do it!!
It seems the instruction "push down" can have several different meanings! I thought they meant "push down", when actully, they meant "slide down"...and I'm going to stop right there before this thread ends up being removed!!
