I've prolly been to that beach (long ago), my brother used to live in Mundesley
Posterized sky does kinda spoil the image, + the whole image needs brightening up. If you lightened the dark patch in the bottom RH corner, the tones would look fairly balanced, i.e. the dark RHS is fine, + is also balanced to some extent by the birds on the LHS.
Agree with Cathie's suggested rotation.
