Yes, I defrag regularly, + delete temp files etc. (thanks to Ashampoo Win Optimizer 3). In addition to being very slow, it's also really noisy (noisier in fact than my previous pc was) so I'm after a "quiet life" now
Last but by no means least, my monitor has gone wonky. All in all, it's definitely time for "out with the old, + in with the new".
