not only cheap parts i think they also take out all or dont include the overclocking options to prevent people from breaking their computers.
if you are planning on overclocking you are better off building your own system with parts designed for the job really. its much more fun anyway building your own and then implementing an overclock that equals or beats a more expensive system!
