If you have PS you can go to quick mask mode and use a brush. You have to develope your own style when it comes to using a pin. I like to use the quicxk mask on the background, in verse, then duplicate the layer and only the selected area comes out on the new layer leaving the background untouched. Tablet screens are nice and you use the pin tool on the screen it self, this is different from the tablet where it is like a mouse.
