We're taking our youngest daughter Tiffany (18 months) to the hospital tomorrow to find out the results from the EEG scan she had a month ago. She's had 3 fit's in the last 6 months, the first being the worst where she stopped breathing in front of me and we had top call out an ambulance. That has got to be the worst day of my life so far. After a stop in the hospital and numerous tests, ECG and then the EEG we're hoping that they'll put it down to the fact she can't control her body temperature when she's ill.
I wish I'd taken a camera though to the EEG, the notes before hand said she needed to sit still for 20 minutes, anyone who knows Tiffany would know that's not possible !! Anyway she sat still while the operator placed about 20 sticky pads to her head and attached electrodes / wires to them. She looked like something off Doctor Who.
Anyway, thought I'd share what's going on, it certainly makes you think what's important in life. I just hope tomorrow is all clear.
