How to resize on cs3

This is probably not the correct forum but here goes:

Recently updated to photoshop cs3. In cs2, the save for web was sooooo easy. In cs3, I can get the pixel dimensions ok on the sides, but how does one adjust the total size now?

The "quality" button just shows the ways to interpolate the up or downsizing. I can't adjust the total size up or down, keeping the same side dimensions.

And I can't go back to cs2 to do it because it opens the same #$%^^&@$* save to web frame.

Thanks
