Camera fogging

Ok for you experts (now that applies to everyone compared to me ). I have been going out to take shots for the local news paper. I have run into a real problem. The inside of my house is about 70 to 72 degrees F. The outside is about 80 at night and 102 during the day with high humidities. My camera lens fog and it takes some time to warm up enough to stop fogging and I am sure it can not be good on other parts of the camera frame. Leaving it in the car is not an option. So is there any other options you folks use. Thanks
