Mmm... well.... really it's best to avoid stacking filters at all if possible. All that extra glass is likely to induce flare and degrade the image. There's certainly no need for a UV filter with anything else, and some people say that UVs are a bad idea anyway because, as well as the flare issue, if they get a knock and break, the glass fragments are likely to scratch the lens. (I chicken out here and do leave a UV filter on because it's safer if I have to clean it with an oily rag. )

Another thing is that stacking filters with wide-angle lenses can cause vignetting.
