Hey Fang, me too! I am ex-RAF, I was a Medic but we are going back a fair old while now.... left the forces in 1980. But hey, do me a favour would you. As someone who has grown up with the Red Arrows, please if you get chance give the guy a message from me....

'I don't know you but I know you have contributed to the huge pleasure fans like me have received from Red Arrows displays over the last 40 years - and more for some! I just want to say a huge thank you to you and despite your flying days now being behind, want you to know we have not forgotten all the thrills you gave us. I wish you all the best in your life as you face the challenge of living with MS.'

If I met him, I'd say exactly that so would be great if you could give him the message for me.
