Re: Colour/Mono

Looking at Mark's pimp, I switched from mono to colour as the initial image was rather flat. The punchy contrast makes it really stand out nicely.

The first picture stands out more as the colours and things there are stronger but there is something that doesn't quite look right, in either colour or mono. I am not sure whether the building is actually built strangely shaped or whether the picture has been distorted but it looks wider at the top than the bottom. It oculd be an optical illusion as the ascending verticals are slightly slanted anyway, not converging, just off perpendicular, even the FG wall.

Anyway, the thread is about colour or mono so I'll set that aside. For me I like the colour best :o)
