The picture is lovely, those eyes are gorgeous. A touch too bright on the right but nothing it can't take. The only bit I think has 'failed' (only based on what you aimed to achieve) is the aging look. The colour is too yellow, it needs to be much more muted to get it down to a sepia tone.
It doesn't look at all old but it certainly does look lovely
