Not a great deal of difference the 18-200 and 18-250 are similarly priced, both open to f3.5 but are DiII meaning they can only be used on a digital camera. The 28-200 is f3.8 and can be used on both digital and film. In your shoes I'd go for the 18-200/250 as it gives you an extra 10mm at the wide end which is better for landscapes.
