Lightroom isn't sufficient on its own - it's not an all-in-one RAW converter and editor yet, and whether you like it depends to some extent on what you feel about the database system.

IMO it's a great shame that Adobe has a virtually monopoly in the 'pro' market - their prices cannot be justified, especially on this side of the pond.
I have lightroom and I don't like it! When you transfer to PS for editing it makes duplicate copies all over the place and I am left with the fag of deleting them. Some times I delete the last saved image unknowingly. OK for one image but if there are 30 or so then that's a different matter. So, I bought CS3 which is fine apart from printing issues but that is because I am using a Mac and not a PC.
