What kind of shooting do you do since that will affect the type of bag? I'd guess from the tele zooms it's sport or nature. If it's the former then a big vault bag will probably just about be OK. If it's nature then you will need to be able to hump it for a fair distance so a rucksack is the obvious choice. The 150-500 will be the limiting factor if you want to carry that then you will almost certainly need a backpack or a big shoulder bag. But for times when you don't then you will think it is overkill; as Silkstone pointed out one bag is never enough. I loathe rucksacks because you have to take it off to get to anything but sometimes you need the weight distribution. I much prefer shoulder bags or sling bags. The biggest sling bag is the Lowepro 300 but I think it would struggle to hold all your kit. The bigger Stealth Reporter shoulder bags and the large Tamrac etc. will carry it all but you won't want to carry them very far.
