1.- With your image open go to
Layer/New/Layer set the mode to
Overlay and check the box where it says
Fill with Overlay-neutral color (50% grey) click OK.
2.- Burn with Black (Darkens)
3.- Dodge with White (Brightens)
Use to accentuate details and tone distractions !!!
