I agree with the others, when the order all goes through ok, 7dayshop are fine (but I guess that's the same with any of them!). But if something is wrong they are a nightmare to deal with.
I have bought several things from them and once had a problem with a filter that they sent which was not the size I ordered (and was thus useless!) They said 'Send it back for a refund.' I said 'Sure, send me a postage paid return envelope and I'll stick it in the box.' They said 'Sorry but all returns are the responsibility of the buyer.' I argued that this should not apply in this case as it was their problem, their mistake (which they admitted) so why should I be left out of pocket.
I then got the truthful answer from the horse's mouth:
'Well sir, that's the risk you take when you are saving money!'
So their attitude is that they don't care if you are out of pocket, even for their mistakes, because you were saving money in the first place so it's your own look out! Guess who doesn't buy from them unless he is sure he is getting a major bargain these days!
Don't get me wrong, I didn't care about paying a quid to post the stupid thing back, it was entirely down to the principle of the thing.
