Hello from Derby
Hi, I happened apon your rather cool looking site a couple of days ago - I've been thinking it was about time I joined in with something like this for a while. Looking around, it seems like a rather pleasant place!
I was just trying to add an avatar - does anyone have any tips on how best to shrink an image down to that size without distorting it badly?
Anyway, just to say hello really - I'm living in Derby at the moment, and photography is basically a hobby that I want to get much better at. Nice to meet you all!
(PS - I'm normally known as "Ig" rather than the slighlty unwieldy "ipgriffiths" that my username suggests...)
