Ok, I am off on holiday on Friday and will be back 9 days later so tutorials will have to wait until i come back but I will then do:

Layers pt 3 - Using blending modes
and
Replacing a Sky

I have a feeling this list will probably be longer by the time I come back but I'll do those two first
