High Key in PhotoShop

I am interested in producing some high key pictures. I am aware that, for studio work, you can set up high or low key lighting and have tried that. What I would like to do is to try to produce high key just using photoshop for comparison. Also I am particularly interested in high key landscapes and I certainly cannot set up the lighting for those. I have searched the Internet and found a few useful articles but perhaps one of you has a particular technique which works for you. If so would you like to share it.
