Hi everyone, just joined this board after being made aware of this site by EOSd... headhunted, poached, call it what you want but disgraceful behaviour

Nice looking site to my eyes, well laid out and some attractive standard pages as well.

I'm almost exclusively a bird photographer... making a bit out my photography, but not so much that I'm looking at birds as a bundle of fivers instead of a bundle of feathers. One of the early pioneers of a method called 'digiscoping', which also helps pay the rent, written numerous magazine articles and a couple of booklets (Nikon sponsored) about the method as well as teaching the method at residential seminars.

I co-run/admin a big board of 24,000 members (gallery of 40,000) but not photography based.... so at least I know all the hassles that the staff here have to endure.

Just got my hands on a Nikon D2x and getting to know this new beast... said goodbye to my trusty old Fuji S2 pro this afternoon.
