Re: Photoshop Cropping

To align images I would paste the images onto separate layers. Straighten them using the straighten tool. Then use "difference" mode to align them. You can use the arrow keys to move a layer until you get minimum edge enhancement effect from the difference. Do this a pixel for pixel in the most important area of the pic. Identical images go black when aligned. Once all aligned crop and save copies with each layer visible in turn. If you want to have a go at this and can not follow this ramble I'll add more detail.
