I don't think it would be too tricky to get the flash gallery to squash down if you would like to include a back button (or navigation to your other pages, for that matter). Just put it in a div or whatever. I used Simpleviewer for
my brother's gallery when I set that up for him. Simpleviewer is also flash based and also defaults to the full page but ISTR it didn't take too much tinkering to get it fitted in where I wanted it to be...
