I have to agree with Markulous. Just pick up a stereo with those functions and then get a DC to AC inverter.
If you go this route though, make sure you check the amperage on the stereo before buying the inverter, as they're available in different amp. ratings. And typically, the more amps it's rated for, the more expensive it is.
