I haven't yet recieved my 1D MKIII and 580EX II. I sent Ritzcamera and email yesterday, and also called yesterday, inquiring as to the status of my order. I was told that there was nothing I could do, as long as it was still within 30 days of them shipping it. Well, since they shipped on Oct 25th, there's still some time.
However, I got an email from their customer service dept. today with a USPS tracking number.

I'm absolutely thrilled that they're glad to inform me that it was shipped, delivered, and delivery accepted IN GEORGIA! The kicker is, I'm not in Georgia. I'm in Greenland. The city/state I gave for the address was NOT Suwanee, GA. Oh no.. It was APO, AE.
Sorry, I had to vent. I don't feel any better for it, but I still needed to do it.
