I've bought from both of these in the past.

As for a recommendation its been such a long time i've printed anything myself but the last paper i bought is Ilford Gallerie, classic pearl paper which is excellent paper but its not cheap.
Actually steve the Ilford paper isn't that dear and for what you need i think you'd be happy with the results here's another linky with some of there range (never used this supplier but looks pretty good on prices)
