Your current photo's don't seem to warrant getting pocket wizards, E-bay remotes are probably your safest bet if you wanted to venture more into off camera lighting (for sports and all that.)

An additional camera body, i think, would be a waste - you already have a perfectly good alternative camera.

Full Frame?? for what...I know alot of professional photographers who get on just fine without full frame.

You have a few lenses as it is, but... here are my suggestions.

---You only have the one flash listed in your profile - SB800, so i would get another flash (or more )

---A 50mm f1.4/f1.6 (you get the idea) Prime for portraiture

If you really want to rid yourself of the money quickly, and if you can scrape another couple hundred - providing you need it, then the 70-200mm VR blah blah is a good option.

But, Tamron has a nice 55-200mm that gives great results, especially at around 150mm onwards. The only problem with the lens is the f4-5.6 range.

Also, some Studio lighting would be amazing...

So, to recap, i would say:

SB800 - £220
Esprit Gemini 200/200 Studio In A Box Kit - £430
Ebay Triggers - £30
Tamron AF 55-200mm F/4-5.6 Di II MACRO LD - £120
Nikon AF Nikkor 50mm f/1.4D - £190

With the other £10 you can get it all delivered
