Reply from our Print partners.

the 20" mean the height of the print/poster. We use this, as many people use
the compact digital cameras with 4:3 aspect ratio. In our lab, we print what
we get, so when somebody order prints from 4:3 aspect ratio images, the
final print will be 5.5x4" and not 6x4" - because of the 4:3 aspect ratio.
So we use only the height (4", 6", 20"...) of the print, which is always the
same, rather then 6x4", 20x30"...

The maximum width is 30".
