Take a fairly unusual scene and shoot it in an even more unusual way?
I think the qualities of bird plumage are well suited to this approach. colour and sharpness are great where they need to be and the different tones of each subsequent bird makes this very pleasing to look at.
Would like to see a small aperture version too if you took one..
