My gear was a worry to be honest as even if i put a 1.4x or 2x teleconvertor on, I will lose loads of light with the reduction in aperture.
If worse comes to the worse i can borrow equipment from uni (but its Nikon!!!). I was planning to see what lenses etc they had anyway, I am pretty sure they can cover 300mm at 2.8.
In terms of liability, Uni says I am covered by them!
but i want to look into insurance etc from a personal viewpoint.
