I didn't find the Zigview to be flimsy when I tried it Woody. I didn't use it extensively I know but it felt solid enough to me.

Not a lot cheaper but this is one of a couple I have found on Ebay (Buy it now and UK seller, not HK) Zigview S2 Type B For Canon 20D 30D 1D Nikon D2X D200 on eBay, also, For Digital SLR, Camera Lenses, Photography (end time 07... they are doing it for £205 plus £5.75 postage so a total of £210.75

I should mention that the S2 is a considerably better bit of kit than the original Zigview which was much more basic.

Only furnishing you with what I know so you can make up your own mind. I think you'd find it useful but it is also not cheap so only you can really say whether you think it is worth it to you. Good luck with your decision making
