My colleague who left IBM in UK did same job in IBM in OZ (had to quit UK job, as seen as different companies
) & from his experience same job = 75% rate. Obviously this means nowt, as if houses are cheaper then it becomes relative
More important to judge how many times annual salary goes in to price of equivalent houses / Big Macs & Beer
