It's not out of sync here either...

But one way to fix it is to convert the audio to Wav file or any other format and overwrite it, I think you said you use Adobe Premier, I'm I correct Rob,
Its easy to do that with Premier.
I had that problem and fixed it that way, I used Vegas Pro 8, but if it can be fixed in Vegas I'm sure it can be fixed in Premier.
