In January 2007 we started a thread and poll (
here) inviting members to vote for which RAW converter(s) they use, and to comment on them. There have been a few developments over the last year which meant that the software list in the poll needed updating, so we thought we'd start a new thread with a revised list. This is it! Please take part in the poll again, even if you did last year's - you may not even be using the same software as you were.
We understand that members will sometimes use several different programs for the various tasks and so the poll is multiple choice. To help newer members to Pixalo, as well as those new to photography in general, the forum name of each member will also be displayed beside their choice/s to help with seeking advice etc. After making your choice/s, a quick post listing your personal pros and cons would also be helpful and welcome.
We have tried to include all the most relevant programs available, but if you use a program that hasn't been included in the list please choose "Other" and reply to the thread stating which program/s you use.
Please remember that this poll and thread relate
only to RAW Converters, and not to general editing software. There is another thread in this forum on that subject, which we'll consider updating in the future.
