Thanks for the comments - Yes I do use fill in flash - set on high speed here and one stop under. Noise Ninja used as high iso settings as light not that good and would be restricted to about F5.6 at iso200 and 1/200th otherwise and although some were 1/800 here I was going up to 1/1000 and this on small birds still does not freeze wing movement.
